3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the full features of the Extension requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Subscription fees are charged at the interval selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually).
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us at bjb1717@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing. If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at bjb1717@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
5. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Advanced Influencer Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
- Use the Extension in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your subscription or license key to any other person.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with:
- Amazon's Conditions of Use and any applicable Amazon policies.
- Pinterest's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- All applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if we reasonably believe you are using it in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

The Extension, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Advanced Influencer Tools and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Content generated by the Extension (e.g., collage images) is created from publicly accessible Amazon product pages. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Influencer Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Extension. Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.

The Extension interacts with third-party services including Amazon and Lemon Squeezy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to These Terms
