No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Pinterest Pin Generator, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we are unable to issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Unused time remaining in a subscription period
• Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal
• Dissatisfaction with the extension after purchase
• Technical difficulties on your device or browser

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Extension until the end of your paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

• Visit your Lemon Squeezy customer portal using the link in your original purchase confirmation email.
• Or contact us directly at bjb1717@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, if you were charged after cancelling or charged an incorrect amount — please contact us at bjb1717@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error occurred, issue a correction.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first subscription period. Trial terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at bjb1717@gmail.com — we are happy to address any billing concerns.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
